LET’S BUILD A PLAN THAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU!
A personalised nutrition plan may be exactly what you need to achieve your fitness goals! A nutrition plan starts with you. You will be asked to log a food diary for 3 days to one week. Your measurements, age, activity level and height are also analysed in order to assess your estimated energy rate. You will also fill out a small nutrition questionnaire. Based on both physiological and psychological factors, an expert will then be able to help you build a healthy eating plan based on your individualized needs.
