My name is Alicia Jones, and my mission is to help you feel as healthy and energized as you can be! I understand how difficult it is to begin a healthy lifestyle. As a young teenager, I only began working out when I realized my pants wouldn’t fit. To be honest, at first I hated it. I found it tough and boring. It wasn’t until I was 19 that I found amazing personal trainers and fitness professionals that inspired me, made running fun and weight training seem exciting. It is amazing what great instructors can do. It was because of them that I started to love being healthy and energized!
As the years progressed, my zest for health and fitness expanded. I realized that there was no other place I would rather be than running in the park, working out in the gym, or participating in a fitness class. 5 k runs turned into 10ks, half marathons, and then triathlons. Steady resistance training regimes turned into functional training, bosu balls, and TRX rope workouts.
With the desire to inspire, I have equipped myself with double specialized honors in Kinesiology and International Development from York University. I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. During that time I have always taken new certifications and courses in order to keep up with the current exercise trends and research. By educating my clients in a fun and dynamic way I am striving to help others reach their deserved fitness destination and see how great feeling healthy can be.

My name is Laurine Kulczycky. I am a certified personal trainer through CSEP(Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) which is the gold standard for exercise science and personal training in Canada, and I also hold my CFES-Group Fitness Instructor, CPR and First Aid certifications. I am a very personable, energetic and passionate trainer who feels everyone should have access to an trainer who can make them feel safe and comfortable while educating and motivating them till they reach their personal goals. I specialize in weight management and body toning to help anyone look and feel their absolute best.
When you train with me, you get a very educated trainer. I graduated with honors from George Brown College Fitness and Lifestyle Management program. I continue to educate myself by attending conferences and taking fitness related courses I feel will increase my knowledge and benefit my clients. I like to use my knowledge and skills to help those who are in need and I also like to do research on how the fitness industry impacts the world. In May 2012 I took a 4 week trip to Mumbai, India and joined forces with a non profit organization called Magic Bus who uses sports as a medium to teach the youth and teens living in the slums about nutrition, fitness and health as well as life skills. Hi! My name is Sean Mccombe. I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 7 years. I graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, where I majored in Disability Studies. As well, I hold a Bachelor degree in Adult Education from Brock University. I hold a current certification from the Can-Fit Pro organization. I also have a current CPR and first aid certification.
Through Brock University, I have a specialized education and hands-on experience working with people with special needs, such as autism, cerebral palsy and Down’s syndrome. I have a strong passion for helping people to improve their quality of life and increase their overall enjoyment of living. I specialize in muscle building, body fat reduction and athletic development, but am skilled in all areas of fitness and health.After suffering a personal loss in 2009, I was re-energized and inspired to help people become healthier and improve their quality of life.
